SAP BO Analysis for MS Office v1.4 SP8 Exception Error after Prompt Window

Hi Gurus

I was working fine with Analysis Office on a BW 7.4/HANA but after we switch to SPS 6 the workbooks started to display an error while trying to bring the Prompts.

I already uninstalled the AO and the re installed it again, restarting the machine and nothing works!.

Also I went to the next AO 1.4 SP8 and still the same error comes up.
