Hi Experts,
We are currently experiencing some weird behavior from Analysis for Excel. When some
users try to open the report from BI Launchpad, the Open option are not availabe during the
File Download window prompt. They could only see the Save and Cancel buttons.
They would cancel and reopen the report and then the Open option becomes available.
Our configuration team suggest that it might be because of SSO.
Just would like to know if you have exeprienced this or if you know any solution/workaround.
