Error ID-111006 while updating Excel workbook

Dear Community,

We use the latest AO-Version (AO: 2.2.2.56209) with BW (SAPKW73115).

While updating an AO Excel workbook (with Bex 3.x Query) we get the following Error (ID-111006). Can anybody help?
