Number format issue in AAo 1.4

Hi All,

Hi Victor,

The workbook is taking a default format of ##,#0.00 and it is not getting impacted either by

     - Changing the style

     - Adding VBA code Range.Numberformat or Range.NumberforamtLocal

and more over, format for number is different in different machines even though the regional settings for number is set to same format in all machines.
