How to display data when cell shows *

To All,

     I have a Analysis for MS Excel workbook where the some of the cells are showing *.  I am running Excel 2010 with AA 1.4.1 .  I know in the BEx if the cell showed *, I would simple change the cell format and it would work.  I can't get the * cell's to show data no matter what formatting changes I have made.

Please suggest.
